2009 West Newton Community Festival - Beautiful Baby Contest
Hello! On behalf of The West Newton Community Festival, I would like to invite all the proud parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends to join us Saturday, September 12th, for the Beautiful Baby Contest.
You are invited to send in your favorite photo of your adorable child. Then come to the West Newton Community Festival September 12th, from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 pm and start stuffing your child’s jar with votes of money to help your favorite child win the prizes listed below. The top three children with the most money in each category will win a prize.
Complete and detach the registration form below and forward the $2.00 entry fee and photo to the West Newton Community Festival Committee.
Beautiful Baby Contest Rules:
1. Photos MUST be 5” x 7”, in color or black and white.
Only Photos of this size will be accepted.
2. The Child must not have reached his or her third birthday by
August 31, 2009.
3. Photos and entry forms should be received by September 7, 2009

4. All 5” x 7” photos received will be placed on display September 12th
at the West Newton Community Festival grounds. Winners will be
determined by the largest monetary donations for each child.
Voting will be from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 pm
On Saturday, September 12, 2009 only
Winners to be announced at 8:00 pm from the Main Stage
5. Entry Fee: $2.00
6. First Prize: $100.00 savings Bond for each of the three categories: Newborn to One year; One to Two years; Two to Three years
7. Second Prize: $50.00 Savings Bond for each of the three categories.
8. Third Prize: A Cash Prize for each of the three categories
9. Each Category must have at least four entrants or that category will not be placed up for voting.
Be sure to put the child’s /parent or guardian’s name, address and telephone number on the back of the photo
Photos may be picked up at the Festival Grounds on Sunday, September 13, 2009 after 5:00 pm, unless your child is one of the winners. For additional information, please call Marg Bryan at 724-872-0309
