To West Newton Area Businesses and Organizations:

The West Newton Community Festival Committee is sponsoring the 24th Annual Festival of Food, Games, Crafts, Entertainment and more, to be held:

PLACE:            West Newton Vine Street Park Area

                        Vine, Fourth and Fifth Streets                                                               

DATES             Friday, September 11^th   from 5:00 to 11:00 PM

   And               Saturday, September 12^th from 12:00 to 11:00 PM

TIMES:             Sunday, September 13^th from 12:00 to 6:00 PM

We are planning a special “KID’S FEST” on Sunday, September 13^th from 12:00-2:30 as a new addition to our festival.  We are asking businesses and organizations in the West Newton Area to provide an activity for the kids during that time.  You can offer a small craft, games, songs or other activity to the children.  The children will float from station to station to do the things that interest them. You should plan on approximately 100 participants for your activity. This would be a great way to promote your business or organization!

The Committee can just provide the space at the park for you.  You must provide you own table, chairs and all items to conduct your activity.

If you are interested in participating, please complete the form below and mail it to the Committee by August 15, 2009.  There will not be any duplication of activities, so you need to get your form in soon, to guarantee the activity that you would like to offer.
